Tsukamoto Tea Ceremony and Flower Arrangement Class
“Practice is fun and serious”

At Tsukamoto Tea and Flower Arrangement School,
we primarily offer one-on-one private lessons.

Through tea ceremony and flower arrangement, you can acquire beautiful manners, a rich sensitivity,
and knowledge of traditional Japanese culture.

While our tea ceremony is based on the Urasenke school and our flower arrangement is based on the Saga Goryu school,
we also teach a variety of seasonal etiquette using a wide range of tools,
as well as special flowers and arrangements.

“Practice is both fun and serious.”

We value the opportunity to interact with people from a variety of professions through practice.

We aim to provide a high-quality, homey atmosphere by minimizing financial and time constraints.

Practices are held in a 200-year-old townhouse, enveloped in comfortable silence and allowing you to forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Rikyu’s Seven Rules

2.Arrange charcoal to boil water well.
3.Arrange flowers as they are in a field.
4.We need coolness in summer, warmth in winter.
5.Do anything with time to spare.
6.Prepare for rain in case.
7.Respect guests and enjoy the time to share.
